Freediver Course

Our PADI Freediving course is designed to take you from a complete beginner to a capable freediver in just one weekend. Our experienced instructors will teach you the skills and knowledge you need to improve your breathhold time, dive to a depth of up to 10 meters, and experience the pure bliss of freediving. You'll learn through independent study with PADI's Freediver eLearning program (spoken language can be done in both English and Japanese)

During the course, you'll learn the principles of freediving, including proper breathing techniques, safety procedures, and buddy protocols. You'll also have the opportunity to practice your skills in the pool and open water, where you'll learn to control your breath and stay underwater for longer periods of time.

The course will be separated over two weekends, and so location specific details will be send in the follow up confirmation email.

Pool Session: May 20th, near Nerima Station

Ocean Session: June 25th, at Izu Ocean Park (weather dependant)
